Seminar with Steven Landsberg in Helsinki

This seminar will focus upon the practice of Tara  and  the Seventh Lojong.  Within that context there will be  explanations of important points related to Buddhist sutra, tantra and dzogchen.  Both morning and afternoon sessions will be divided between practice and explanation.

Chögyal Namkhai Norbu will give transmission of guru yoga in live webcast on August 13th, 6am Helsinki time. The practice that is used in the transmission will be explained in Kallio, Helsinki, on Tuesday August 2nd.
